Helped test, deploy, administer, manage and support high tech space planning, real estate, event hospitality and AV tools that help bring the Salesforce Ohana brand to life within Salesforce’s buildings.

Density & Density Open Area Sensors: Net New Deployment. These sensors give real time foot traffic occupancy counts all the way down to the square foot of an area. These sensors can predict when popular areas such as a Lounge or conference room will reach a high capacity based upon
historical data.

Ohana Floor Pass: A legacy Application written in Heroku that utilizes Density sensor counts to inform an Employee if the Ohana Floor’s cafe is open, if there is a special event at the time and if the capacity is busy.

Digilock: Gen 6 Upgrade and Net New installs. A high end automated and key-less lock that is affixed onto to a Cubby’s door. The Cubby can be used by an Employee to store their belongings while they’re out or around the building. The locks are remotely managed with a wireless
application.

Traction Guest: Salesforce’s Guest Management system used for guest pre-registration and check in of guests which consist of customers and visitors to Salesforce’s offices around the world.

Sodexo: Net New Install. A mobile ordering platform that was deployed for use of Salesforce’s Cafe Program including Ohana Floor Cafe’s and by the Culinary Team in delivering high quality executive dining, event based dining and employee engagement events.

Analyzed requirements, installation, configuration, and customization, ran and tested WMS (Warehouse Management System) on various platforms including IOS and Windows 7.

Provided comprehensive technical support for proprietary Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software and hardware integration into the first-of-a-kind solar facility manufacturing line.

Administered MES system software, data, and integration with processor lab equipment to maintain high levels of efficiency and usability. Inventoried and supported various hardware in use across the lab and factory, such as barcode scanners, label printers, system PCs, and other peripherals. Responded to help tickets for general IT troubleshooting, supporting PCs and all hardware, backing up systems, scheduling preventative maintenance, and coordinating vendor service calls. Selected to act as Blackberry Enterprise Administrator to support all Blackberry software and hardware use for all staff.

Created SuperUser training curriculum for the MES system; selected to write curriculum for deep knowledge of all data, processes, and functions unique to the MES system.

Established an MES training program for all users including implementation of a certification program and execution of all training modules.

Leveraged O365 and Box to construct an integrated scenario in Sharepoint which replaced an outdated system called Domino that housed controlled documentation for Solar Materials and various other Business Units. The new system was made with a series of workflows and contained file type enablement better accessability via SSO and saved SunEdison over 70k a year in licensing fees.
